At Marias Handbag, we believe your luxury handbag should arrive swiftly and beautifully packaged. Our shipping policy is designed to provide clarity, reliability, and convenience whether you're shopping from Atlanta or across the globe.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons (launches, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our Atlanta atelier.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several shipping options for US customers, all fully insured and trackable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted.

Please note: P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority (2–5 business days). APO/FPO/DPO addresses are shipped via USPS and may take 7–21 days.

3. International Shipping

Marias Handbag proudly ships to over 40 countries. International delivery times vary by location and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Important: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Marias Handbag is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. You can also track your order status by logging into your Marias Handbag account or contacting our support team at shipping@mariashandbag.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to the following regions due to carrier limitations or customs regulations: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Russia. If your country is not listed during checkout, please email us to inquire about alternative arrangements. Some oversized or limited-edition items may require signature upon delivery for security.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Marias Handbag is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. For lost shipments (tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days for domestic or 14+ for international), please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will investigate and either reship the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

7. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because the customer refused delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee plus any reshipment costs. We will contact you to arrange a new shipment with corrected address. Unclaimed packages that are returned after 14 days will be refunded minus original shipping charges.

8. Shipping Insurance

All Marias Handbag shipments are fully insured against loss or damage while in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or take photos of the damage and packaging. Contact us immediately at support@mariashandbag.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

9. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Lunar New Year, etc.), shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend placing orders early β€” for domestic delivery by December 24th, please order by December 15th for standard shipping or December 20th for express shipping. Extended processing times will be announced on our website banner.
